The first German-Hungarian Security Policy Dialogue workshop organized by the Institute for Strategic and Defense Studies took place on the 27th October. The event aimed at exchanging views and facilitating discussion between German and Hungarian experts. Participants introduced the key conclusions of the German-Hungarian Security Policy Dialogue volume edited by the Institute for Strategic and Defense Studies and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Budapest.
Key topics of the expert workshop included Historic perspectives of German-Hungarian Relations from 1990; Evaluating European and Foreign Policy Aspects of the Merkel era; The Future of German-Hungarian Relations; The Strategic Situation of the EU; German-Hungarian Defense Policy Relations.
